Rav left the consultancy world following a 20 career, to become an entrepreneur and ambassador addressing the gender imbalance in the tech industry. She is founder of Cajigo, a mobile learning platform that empowers women through mentoring and support for successful tech and leadership careers. Rav is a regular at events pushing the diversity agenda and is passionate about opening up more opportunities for women globally. Her efforts in the space of tech education, diversity and mentorship have been recognised with Rav being named as Computer Weekly’s Top 5 Women in Tech Rising Stars and one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in UK Tech.
