Lara Martini is currently the Learning and Enablement Director for EMEA at Microsoft.
She has about twenty years of international experience in the technology sector, in executive roles spanning marketing, strategy, business development and alliances across Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East and Africa, including large scale business transformation. She also worked with customers across industries around digital transformation, in particular for customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning.
Lara is passionate about responsible business and the potential for technology to support human development and inclusion, and active as an advisor to several young companies and philanthropies, and mentor to young professionals.
She holds specializations in International Relations and Marketing, and completed her MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
